Your day begins with private transportation from your accommodations in a brand-new Cadillac Escalade EV, whisking you to a guided tour of our estate vineyards led by General Manager and Sr. Winemaker, Nate Weis.
Among the vines, Nate shares the history, craftsmanship, and viticultural philosophy that have defined BV for over 126 years. Returning to the winery, you’ll step behind the curtain for an insider’s look at where science meets artistry: our winemaking facilities. There, you'll witness the meticulous detail that shapes each bottle. Afterwards, a seated, five‑course lunch awaits, paired with a curated selection of Beaulieu Vineyard wines.
Your experience concludes with a personalized barrel tasting with Nate, culminating in the selection of a barrel for your future custom bottling; a rare opportunity to shape a piece of BV history. Guests return to their accommodations with twelve bottles of current‑release GDL, each signed by Nate, to enjoy as you anticipate the arrival of your bespoke wines.
