Once you have placed an order, please note that we are unable to cancel or edit your order. Accordingly, please ensure all product and delivery details are correct.

We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.

In the unlikely event that the goods received are faulty or defective, not as ordered or not of acceptable quality, please contact us and we will attempt to remedy the situation as soon as possible. If a refund is to be made, it will be made to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7-10 working days. Please note that refund payment times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside our control.
