Welcoming Our New Hospitality Director: Luke Magnini
A Legacy of Hospitality, Refined Over Decades
Raised in a large Italian and Greek family, Luke often says that great wine, food, and gracious hospitality are “simply part of my DNA.” After earning a degree in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University, Luke began his career managing fine-dining restaurants in the Midwest before achieving Certified Sommelier status and relocating in 2014 to Napa Valley to pursue his passion for wine at Louis Martini Winery, Ram’s Gate Winery, and others. Leaning on his restaurant expertise, he led Restoration Hardware’s first venture into fine dining and wine retail at RH Yountville, serving as their original General Manager. He then helped launch the acclaimed Elusa Winery and oversaw the re-opening of the iconic Sterling Vineyards following a three-year, property-wide renovation.
A New Chapter for Beaulieu Vineyard Hospitality
Now joining Beaulieu Vineyard, Luke leads with both reverence and ambition, honoring the estate’s unparalleled heritage while shaping the next generation of elevated wine experiences.
“I consider it an honor and privilege to join such a historic winery as we turn the page on this exciting new chapter of BV’s incredible story,” Luke shares.
